FLAT
RATE INSPECTION ANNUALS
Included within the annual is any normal labor associated with oil change, tire or brake change,
replacement of light bulbs and AD searches. ADDITIONAL CHARGES will only be added on repairs or owner added optional work.
USE OF FLAT RATE TABLES
We use flat rate tables supplied by Lycoming, Continental, Piper, Cessna, and the Civil
Air Patrol. We should be able to estimate your Inspection or Repair up front so there are no surprises. The Owner/Pilot will
always be notified to any changes in the estimate.
AIRCRAFT WEIGHING
Most single engine aircraft are charged
3 labor hours for an true weight weighing which includes all documentation. Our equipment is electric RoadRunner scales.
Extremely reliable, RoadRunner scales are thought to be the better, more accurate means to weigh. We also
weigh light twins.

PRE-PURCHASE
INSPECTION: A pre-purchase inspection gives the new owner insight into the true cost of the aircraft. Mostly we
check to assure the aircraft has been well maintained and try to identify any potential problems. Using various sources,
we find the average price on the aircraft and where its value is in comparison.
